Refund Policy.

1. Plugin Licenses

We offer a 14-day refund window on plugin license purchases under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
• You have not used more than the welcome credits included with your license (20 for Basic, 100 for Agency).
• The license key has not been used on more than one machine.

If you meet these conditions, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

2. Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Credits are digital goods that are delivered and available for use immediately upon purchase. Under EU consumer protection law, by purchasing credits you acknowledge that:

• The digital content is delivered immediately.
• You expressly consent to begin using the credits upon purchase.
• You waive your right of withdrawal once credits are added to your account.

3. Free Welcome Credits

Every license purchase includes welcome credits (20 for Basic, 100 for Agency) so you can try the Service before committing to additional credit purchases. We encourage you to use these free credits to evaluate whether AI LightLab meets your needs before buying more.

4. Failed Processing

If an AI enhancement fails due to a server error or technical issue on our end, no credits will be deducted from your account. If credits were incorrectly deducted for a failed job, contact us and we will restore them.

5. Service Discontinuation

If we permanently discontinue the AI LightLab service, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer refunds for any remaining unused credit balances.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

• Your license key or order number
• The email address used for purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
